The Brand
Healing Where It Hurts is a faceless online inspirational community for women healing from heartbreak, loss, and abuse.
The Need
The client came to me with the idea for the platform and needed brand road roadmap, development of brand personality, and complete creation of identity, which included logo, color palette, typography, messaging, and overall tone and voice.
The Solution
With a three month timeframe, I met with my client to discuss project needs and capture client vision. From there, a project proposal was drafted. We started from the ground up by building a strong foundation with a brand road map that identified target audience, community journey, and desired community outcomes. With that roadmap we began building the brand identity that aligned with the customer’s journey.
